Guy did a great job helping me with shoes today. I tend to over pronate and he showed me the runner's tie to help with that. He also listened to what I had to say about not liking all black walking shoes and brought out a few different options. This is one of the only wide shoe places around that has stylish shoes for big and wide women's feet.
Walked into the store and Cheri was attentive right away. She helped me in making my selection of shoes a whole lot easier, and even helped with diagnosing my foot pain. I will definitely recommend this shoe store to all my friends. 10 stars
I was looking for a pair of shoes to accommodate a toe problem. I was the only person in the store with two knowledgeable sales people. I was delighted to have such attentive service. I really can't remember the last time I wasn't part of a herd vying for the attention of the vanishing salesperson. I bought two pairs of shoes which I'm testing now. Cathleen was patient and brought good ideas to my search. The shoes were expensive, but hopefully will last longer than my other purchases.
Such a positive experience at Lucky Feet today. Cheri made me feel so welcomed and I swear she could read my mind. I have never been so excited to put on a pair of sandals & shoes. By far the highlight of my week. Thank you again Cheri, and a big thank you from the bottom of my heels to the whole Lucky Feet team.
Was here with a friend, who can never get shoes that fit, allow her to walk stably, and not cause hideous pain. The staff were able to get her into shoes that exceeded her expectations. Today's visit was a 2-week follow up to assure the shoes were still comfortable and meeting all her needs. The quick addition of a small lift evened everything out, and my friend continues to be delighted with the shoes and the shop that took such good care of her.
