I have been a client of Ferragamo for over 30 years, though last year I purchased a pair of heels that I wore maybe 3-4 times and the sole separated from the leather top, I went to the store and they charged me to have them fixednI thought it was odd... as I was picking up my shoes I purchase a purse and the handles started to Frey all around the handlesnI brought it back and they said they could send it out to be repaired and I would have to pay for it to be fixed.,, this is all in a 6-7 month spannI declined and swear I’ll not purchase another item.,. As well as spread the word on the quality that SF is producing.nI’ve never had an issue with Gucci or LVnAs a matter of fact I purchase a purse in Rome and the strap came loose, South Coast Plaza location sent it back to Italy at No Charge

For higher end men's fashion and accessories I love this place. They have it all. Suits, casual atire, leather goods, shoes, and manly jewelry accessory type things.nnThe store is very pleasant to be in. No weird music, perfect temperature, no crazy lines, and no pushy sales people.nnI was here not really for anything in particular. Well actually I'm looking for a new belt. I didn't find one. Not because they didn't have any, but I ended up getting some cufflinks instead. I enjoy collecting cufflinks. It was a nice purchase to add to the collection. Now I just need more excuses to get dressed up.nnUntil next time...
