From the minute I walked in the store it was a wonderful shopping experience. A young lady (Amaris) was very attentive and able to point me in the right direction. What a breath of fresh air compared to other stores in South Coast. Beautiful window displays too!!! Top notch! Will definitely shop here again!!!

My last few visits to a Talbots store service has come with a slightly snobbish attitide.nnCalled in a phone order on Saturday 5/11 to Costa Mesa South Coast Plaza location and they were very efficient in processing a phone order and gift wrapping for pick up, but service over the phone and in person by the same gal came with an unecessary snobby overtone. I have experienced this at a different Talbots location as well, it's perplexing to me.
Wonderful made clothes!!! Toooooo.......nExpensive!!!!!! Nothing is worth a week'snSalary to buy a skirt or blouse n I mean nothing is worth it.nLove, Luz n Ed
