We found a house 'slipper' for our 87 year old mom. She loves the bright pink rubber and soft fuzzy lining. Great after shower slipper.
Change the store around, but looks great. Easy access, lots to choose from. Covid-19 prepared.
I was disappointed with the staff. I left my daughters shoe in the isle for a little bit and they threw it in the trash. I wanted to quickly try a size 5 vs 6 for my 2 year old before having to carrying my 2 yr old and many boxes accross the store but they would not let me. I told the staff I could not find her shoe, they said they threw it out, and didn't appologize. They just said there was not much in the trash and it was in the isle. Their shoe selection was great, I appreciate rules working at a hospital, but just felt staff was passive aggressive. I spent >200 dollars even without any help
This place was organized, good stock selection and friendly staff. I was able to find what I wanted and then some.
This has to be the best customer service experience I have ever had in so long! You have to ask for MJ- he has the most extensive knowledge of foot mechanics, running shoes and knew exactly what brand was perfect for my foot issues. Really impressed! They just gained a new loyal customer.
