Thank you for your help in returning items. Due to COVID, it was pass the return period. They gave a 1 time full value return.
The employees at this store are so RUDE and not helpful at all. It's so sad because the Loft has long been one of my favorite stores and I love their clothes, but they are going downhill fast. Hope to never visit the HB location again.
Nice variety of selection, helpful friendly staff
Usually no problems here whenever I go but the last time I visited (about a week ago) I was met with some of the rudest attitudes ever. One lady (older, blonde hair) literally stepped in front of the rack I was looking at while I was standing not even a foot away to put back clothing and nudged me out of her way about 5 minutes later while huffing under her breath. I would have gladly moved if she had asked but she never did. Had an arm full of about 11 items after being in there for nearly 30 minutes and left right after with nothing. Will not be returning.
Discussing blouses have make up on them and full of wrinkles so gross..Your better off saving your money and saving it for the real deal this was bad I took 2 blouses to the ck out but they were stained ughhhh
