Fantastic staff! Michael and Desiree S were amazing. They made everything right after a previous mix up with my order. They definitely went above and beyond to let me know how much they appreciate my business! I will definitely be going back and supporting this business!!!
Ordered from the 2 for $22 menu and got charged 27 bucks. Daquiri just tasted like slush, no flavor. Serve was nice though. Went to celebrate sons birthday and wish we would've went to olive garden instead. Son ordered chicken strips but they didn't even offer ketchup or any dip. Had to ask for crayons to go with the kids menu. No salt or pepper on the table. Son was able to purchase a game on the tablet without adult knowing or authorizing.
Average wait time for seating. Longer than desirable wait time to take our drink and food order. For iced tea, no sugar or substitute options were offered except a syrup of some sort. Which made the tea taste terrible. Our cups sat empty for awhile and it took 45 minutes in a half filled restaurant due to the recent social distancing plans in place to get our food. The waitress was rude that was servicing our table. The only time she was nice during our visit was when she delivered the check. She tried to hurry and make up for the time she did not spend servicing our table. Hands down the worst Applebee's experience I've ever had. I recommend retraining on service to all that wait on customers for these servers are the face of your company. On the upside, props to the cook. The food was well prepared, warm, and flavorful.
Great place to eat.
It's Applebee's you know what you are getting. Good quality food good service above fast food below fancy food.
