Horrible service and profiteering disguised as Covid precaution. They only have one teller to work 2 drive through lines (to save money on staffing while cutting your services). You can’t go inside without calling to schedule days ahead of time, even though EVERY other business operates just fine with mask rules. Every time I drive past there is a line around the corner waiting on the single cashier. I have started closure of my account, as I would rather have someone that cares handle my money.
The staff is helpful and knowledgable. I am very thankful for all you are doing during this chaotic time. I had a challenge with my banking and Gale was there with a solution. I couldn't be more thankful ❤
