I have never seen such incompetence in a bank.nnI dont know why anyone would choose to bank here.
If there is option for 0 stars they would get it, Terrible service, anytime you get there, there is line for more than an hour.
Terrible service and probably the worst bank in America with all their nickeling and diming hard working customers with ridiculous fees. You get hit twice with charges if you dont use a bank of America atm.
Crooks, robbers, thieves, unethical culprits of the worst kind of evil.
I have receive great customer service and treatment at this branch. Denise Ryason is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help me open the saving account and closed my checking account. She tries to find ways to save me that little dollar, because she understands and cares. It is the personable and humane consideration of her attitudes that make me come back to this branch.
