I banked here for years and so has my family but recently the customer service and employment has just fell apart I'd highly recommend not banking here and unfortunately I think me and my family will be looking for a new bank
Amazing how this place took a swan dive off of mountainous cliff the moment Banner Bank took over. Every time I go in there now there is a long line, the fees went up exponentially for pretty much everything. Not super impressed pretty sure I'm going to be going elsewhere so very soon
We have been Banner Bank customers, personally, for five plus years. We have found that working with Jason and Heather in particular, and all the other staff as well, is a pleasure! Everyone at the Burlington, Washington branch is personable, helpful, and very friendly. Coming from two larger banks, where the service is impersonal and sometimes downright cool, this change to Banner was refreshing to say the least. Jason and Heather have that rare combination of professionalism and friendliness which we so appreciate! So much so that over a year ago, we moved our business account to Banner Bank as well! We have been more than pleased with this change. Most of our employees have now opened Banner accounts as well! We highly recommend Banner Bank!
Love banking with Banner bank!!! They opened me a checking account, fast and free. Printed my debit card right there within a few minutes and I was good to go! Never have to pay an atm fee ever again! I am walk in the door and they know me by first name. Plus easy to use online banking app. Bonus is that you can open up a free savings account along with your checking. It's a no brainer. Banner bank is the best!
