I order online and do free pick up from the store. Just walk up to the counter and the cashier will help you get your item in a flash. However, sometimes people return things or have issues and hold up the line.
I actually give them NO stars!!! They make it all but impossible to get in touch with customer service. I am going to try the old fashioned way of contacting,, and write a letter to the given address and hope for the best. I'm sure this is going to take a few Weeks at best. Even the phone number you get online is Disconnected ud83dude20.
