Went to this Pop up store in Laguna Beach (now it's a permanent location) and picked up a few pairs of sandals this weekend. Staff was cool, looked in the stock room for me severa times with a smile. Check em out!
Worst customer service!!! We purchased 4 pair with the additional charms. The strap broke off at base of the flip flop obviously a defective strap,returned to the store and was told they would not do anything to fix the problem. Will never shop at this store again. No customer service here!!!
Nice staff, you can try on all you want. Very comfortable and reasonably priced.
