I have always had issues with my feet, and regularly get painful blisters even after short runs. Mike helped me understand my unique needs. Turns out I'm overpronated and have a high instep. Mike fit me for an insanely comfortable running shoe and even taught me a new lacing technique to ensure a smoother running experience. Could not recommend this place highly enough!
I love this store!!! We come to Laguna every year and always visit this store to get perfect shoes for all occasions. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Best shoe store around.
The customer service was AMAZING! Huge selection of attractive and super comfortable shoes. Will definitely be going back in the near future.
The sales people brought out seven or eight pairs of shoes for me to try on. I bought a pair of handsome men's blue Mephisto and Daniel Hubbard blue suede shoes that eased my feet that were aching from going up and down hills at Laguna Beach. Lovely quality selection. Sales staff seemed a little disinterested at first but once they saw I was serious they were very helpful, and when I asked, I got a 10% discount.
Can't get better customer service and the nicest people you want to spend your money with. Repeat business is their specialty...
