I could barely walk until Luke saved my feet by crafting custom inserts for my first pair of Birkenstocks. No other treatment had worked for a disabling case of plantar fasciitis ~ I was truly desperate. Within a few days I felt relief & in 2 weeks it was healed. Luke, you're a genius, thank you so much.
Luke is an extremely knowledgeable man about shoes and even has a workbench in his shop. He gets in at 4am every single day he tells me, but must leave at 11am everyday as well for personal reasons. If you leave a message, he will and does get back to you. It is definitely worth anyone’s time to go see him to get a proper fitting along with a healthy load of shoe wear education ud83eudd13ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
Simply a wonderful experience! Luke was so knowledgeable and sweet! I bought a custom fitted pair of birkenstocks and truly had the best time learning and chatting with Luke. He is a gem!
Luke is amazing! He really knows his stuff and will help make sure you leave the store happy and informed. He was so great in helping us find the right size and making sure we were happy with what we were getting. Best birkenstock store ever.
The owner has been doing this for over 30 years. He is super knowledgable and makes sure you absolutely have the proper fit! You will want to call to confirm store hours as he travels from Santa Monica each day and may also be the reason for the early hours of operation. I am glad I held out and went to this store vs. trying to buy online. I would agree with Vice quite the experience...my Dad has been going to this guy for years.
