This place is great! I've been shopping here for over 10 years. The prices are not bad, and if you watch your mail they have LOTS of coupons. The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend shopping here instead of the big chain pet stores. Support your local small businesses!

This store consistently provides good customer service that is genuine, meaning they value their customers which is why I am loyal to this store. Yesterday, both Ryan and Erica gave me some helpful recommendations about toothpaste and treats for my dog.
