I can't believe how this place became so money orriented. I am so disappointed in them. I used to take my dog there since he was a puppy and I moved to LA but still keep coming to this place cause I used to like them but today was the last time. I asked for an health certificate for an international flight which I get from them every year. It is just a one page paper that asks his rabies and microchip numbers. It is very simple. The paper usually costs aroud 120. Today they charged me an additional 134 for service fee. And when I asked what that was they were like o it is gonna take the doctor 2 hours to fill that paper so we have to charge you a service fee. I try to tell them that that is impossible but they didnt seem to care. And it took the doctor 20 minutes to finish that paper so I was charged for nothing. That is insane. I mean try to get money for every little thing from a valuabe customer is crazy. Why did you guys become so much money orriented. I am so upset and angry right now. I am jobless and i had to pay extra 134 dollars for nothing. Literally nothing. And I also pay monthly fee for that hospital. Woww!! No words to say how angry I am right now. You just lost a patient. I really hope you guys stop doing that.

Apparently this veterinary office is in the habit of refusing service (very rudely I might add) if your pet is in pain and in danger. I understand that you need to keep appointments, but as a pet parent, if my dog is at the vet for a minor health checkup or to get nails clipped or something small, I would NOT MIND AT ALL if the vet had to step out for a few minutes to help a potentially dying animal. No vet who actually cared about animals would ever turn away a dog crying, yelping, and in pain. Instead, we were rudely turned away at the door.nnThankfully, we were able to find another clinic willing to see our dog on short notice, and she received the life saving care she needed. This other clinic informed us that our baby would have definitely died within hours had we not sought out care.nnDO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THE LIVES OF YOUR DOG OR CAT!!!!

The service I received here is the worst I have ever experience and wouldn't wish upon any one elses' dog the same service! I was turned away as my dog was crying in the lobby because they didn't have time to help when my dog needed emergency service. Couldn't believe someone could simply turn away a crying dog. Not worth your time if you are in need of care for your loved pet.

This place is horrible! They don’t help animals unless they have a cough or something simple. They wouldn’t help my dog that was in horrible, horrible pain.

Please stay away! This is the worst vet service I have ever experienced. I brought my dog in for help and they refused service and told me to go to another veterinary hospital. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Please don’t waste you or risk your pets well being.
