So yeah, I forgot my mask and try to be creative by using a my hoodie to cover my face to go in the store. But the lady working in there says NO and kick me out because apparently when my hoodie cover my face meaning they can’t recognize me. How bs is this? I mean, people wearing masks basically the same, you can’t recognize them either. What’s the different between face mask and other stuff to cover the face? They both do the same job, try to social distancing, of course. Well, hope their biz doing well then. So sad because people don’t have knowledge and too stubborn to understanding a simple thing. 1 star from me for customer services! ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
First time here, last time here. Lol. I came here thinking i was gonna save a few bucks. Nope there Vans actually cost 8 dollars more for the same exact pair that they sale them for at the Vans store. Only thing good i could say is they carry a wide variety of top brands but just more expensive then the actual brand retailer store
Had shoes for 2 weeks before they ripped. They will not exchange or refund them. Not good business practice.
Been to this place twice and both times they didn't have my size (size 9). The staff wasn't be very helpful either. I asked if she could check in the back warehouse and was immediately told this is all we have. So I just left....
Yes we were getting my brother some shoes and we walked in he immediately saw a pair of Skechers that he liked and everyone loves helpful young lady came over and found the size for rim and try them on and paid for him and walked out. Everyone was kind and courteous and willing to help
