Quin was and able to fit us in last minute, during a busy week for them, after we damaged two lines in the San Juan Islands. Not only did he deliver quality work but also did a quick survey of the rest of the rigging and pointed out a few things that we will be keeping an eye on and replacing soon.nnExtra thanks for letting me record your work so I can improve my splicing skills!nnGreat group of knowledge folks that I really enjoyed working with!

Quinn was awesome. Came out to the boat to do splices on a quick turnaround for another crew. Also a wealth of knowledge, basically got a private splicing lesson.

The staff at northwest rigging were amazing and we look forward to going back again. They were professional, friendly, engaging and absolutely knowledgeable. Visiting their shop was a highlight of our day. Thanks for being good at what you do!

The worst experience I have ever had with any company. They had me order the wrong spreader lengths. They said it wasn't their problem because they got the calculation from a book. I only wish I could post a picture of their recommendation to order upper spreaders at .65 and lower spreaders at .85 leaving the spreaders over a foot too short.nI've been given 3 different bids for the same work. The first bid signed by the owner was for 16K and the last bid for 55K (bait and switch?)nIt took 16 man hours to splice my main (Sparcraft recommends 4 hours total) The mast was recommended by the owner used. The splice, I am being told, is to long. Meaning more labor. (it would have been less expensive to buy new mast)nIn addition, they lost my spreaders. It took about 6 month for me to find them in their shop after they claimed that the best boat place in town, NHD, had them.nBoth the old owner and new owner have been very unprofessional and dishonest. Drama city my sailing friends.nMake sure you ask around town before you deal with these inexperienced, expensive, want to be riggers.nYou will be glad you got the locals reviews.nI am loading my mast on my 51 ft boat and going to a reputable , honest, and knowledgeable rigger.nI hope this saves you time and money.
