I love this place. Every kind of shoe you could ever want, a really good selection for clearance shoes, and over all just an awesome place.
Always great service at the Brea location. I love DSW! Wide selection of shoes and great deals. Make sure and sign up for rewards. The higher the level you get even better deals and a longer return period.
This is a huge store with tons to choose from. I can't imagine how much work has to be done to keep the place in order but for the most part they do. My suggestion is to shop here 1st and if by chance you can't find what you want move on. The staff is friendly and helpful not to mention the prices. The lady at the register was not friendly. Very cold and no smile. Did not even offer to help when I informed her about a pair of shoes I got couple days ago (from DSW) hurt my feet. Petite lady, short, young, long straight hair (a bit wavy). It was around 4:30pm. I should have gotten her name. That lady needs some training in customer service. DSW in West Covina and Chino Hills offer great service. I am not coming back to this location again.
I have two coupons 40% off iland a VIP and all they do is make me wait and wait and bicker and deny my coupon and I had to fight with them they finally accepted my coupon and in my email that had the coupon on it and I was not happy and it was hot to wear a mask so I did get some really nice shoes however I don't like that having to wait bickering and arguing about a coupon that I already had.
