Wonderful shop with wonderful staff. I’ve been there twice now and both times staff were super helpful and warm. Stephanie was especially helpful and knowledgeable about cat related goods, and help me get some treats, grooming, and dietary goodies for my cats. Thank you so much! :)

One of the best pet stores I've been to. Lots of different selections and the staff every time I'm here are so helpful. They are very knowledgeable and if they don't carry what you are looking for they have a book to look up the product and then recommend the closest thing to it. Highly recommended.

I made my first purchase online. Since I frequent Brea, I decided to shop in store. It was nice to see the products in person rather that sitting in front of the computer. Kulauri was genuinely friendly and very helpful. She was very knowledgeable as well, she was patient with me as I browsed the cat food items. I am now loyal shopper.

Great spot for dog snacks and food. Excellent customer service. Recommend for grooming your Pup. My 4 legged 7lb pal costs $35 with Spa upgrades @$15. He's happy and looks fab and is back to playing with pals!

Nicest employees, always very helpful and friendly. Love this place I only wish their website was more accurate in terms of stock.
