Joke of a company honestly. I ordered a protein skimmer over a month ago. They delivered it to the wrong address. And then after 3 weeks of waiting they don't even have it in stock. So here I am a month later with no protein skimmer and I'm STILL waiting for a refund. Wow just wow.
Best Aquarium supply store in Southern California. Customer service is efficient and helpful, expansive selection, and prices are better than any other retailer in OC. Will buy again. 5/5 stars, they deserve it.
Marine Depot is by far my favorite online store. They have a huge selection, the prices are awesome and the customer service is above the rest. I normally have no problems with my orders. However, this last shipment, not so normal. A problem during transit, the item was damaged, but marine depot replaced the item. They also did all the work with the shipping company with the incident. I had a new item on the way before i even got off the phone. This company is the best.
Marine Depot was super quick to help out when some of my orders had problems. They resolved the issues so I could get my tank up and running before my Algaebarn delivery. It is now up and running with two Gladiator Clownfish. Thank you Marine Depot!
Had a great experience shopping with Marine Depot! The communication was perfect! my shipping emails were found in my spam folder for some reason, shipping time was spot on! I ordered on Tuesday night and just received my packages on Thursday at 1:00pm via ups. Packages are great! Thank you!
