It's all about the service.nMy uncle was a customer at this branch when he passed away. I chose to stay with Banner Bank for the estate account. From the first time I walked in, they were wonderful to work with. Whether with a teller at the counter or in an office with a personal banker, the staff were polite, professional and very personable. If the branch wasn't 100 miles away, I'd move my personal account to this branch even though Banner Bank doesn't have the best interest rates.
Great customer service and super fast service.
Much about this bank is very good. I do have a problem with the bank statements as they are not always accurate. The total in my account included an amount that had not been taken from my account until the day after the last day of the statement, but the amount was not shown on the statement. It might be a good idea to work on making the statements accurate.
Love my bank, everyone knows me, i have trouble with my hands an dropping money an not able to get my money from the drive through, i had told one of the women i was going to look for a small purse or something to put my stuff in so it'll stay together she said just a minute, she came back with one of your zippered bags, omg what a blessing, they all i believe know me by name, even the banner bank in mount Vernon knows me, so iam a blessed customer, thank you
Same great service as Skagit. Not fond of the drive up ATM though.
