I got a gift card from friends that were excited about my reef tank and wanted to contribute to it's beauty. Sad to say, the only thing 'marine' at Incredible Pets is the frozen food. Years ago I was so blessed to be able to browse their marine aquarium products and livestock. Guess the salties were too few and far between though as now, they don't even have brackish. They have a selection of marine frozen foods though. Convenient.nnGood people. All sorts of variety for pets and livestock (just chickens for livestock that I know of).
OMG I love this pet store so much that I will get a list together and wait until I have to go to Grass Valley. They love their jobs, you can tell. They know their products and don't mind customers asking questions! They give out free dog food samples no matter the purchase. They have the best chew toys and treats. I could go on and on, but I'll just say that they are awesome!!!!
My first time there. Was referred to them as I was looking for a self wash dog bath place. Big store, very organized, neat & clean. Very helpful friendly staff that are knowledgeablen& lead you to product you are looking for, not just pointing or calling out an isle #. To me...that is excellent customer service! Self wash dog bathing offers choices of shampoo's & conditioners at no charge. Only 1 bathing station is open at a time to assure social distancing.
