Cascade Regional Blood Services

I went today because I saw that they were in critical need of O+ blood and was told I couldn’t donate because I take antibiotic to treat acne. I was really disappointed. The person who went my paperwork was very unprofessional and rude. I literally had to tell him to move because he was blocking the door on my way out. I am giving 3 starts because the lady at the front desk was very nice.

I have donated with them for many years and they are so friendly and careful.

The staff are very efficient and kind. Have donated here many times and always had a pleasant experience

I've been donating blood for quite some time here and they are always relatively quick, friendly and thorough. Their procedures are safe and clean. I find the staff very knowledgeable. The first time I donated was on Halloween and the phlebotomist was dressed as a vampire. That's funny.

Denied a local police officer the ability to freely donate blood, due to a tendon repair surgery he had the year prior.nnSo it’s ok for that officer to risk his life protecting the community but, not allowing him the ability to help and save the lives of others by donating blood......nnGreat job , cascade regional blood services.
