Get in to see a general doctor = 6 week wait. Specialist = 12+ weeks. Used to be really good. Staff they manage to retain still pretty good, sometimes exceptionally good, and all seem to be working very hard, BUT clearly overworked, and staffing shortages at critical levels ALL THE TIME.

Nurses were nice but the pa in ortho treated me like I was making it up. I haven't been able to walk without pain in 2 months and all I was offered was ibuprofen. I swear to God I wont go back to them.

I had a really horrible night with severe knee pain last thursday night ( due to an ongoing condition that started several months ago) .. it locked up so much so that I couldn't move to even get up . The Dr. was very helpful and very attentive and so was the nurse who took my lab work and gave me my IV and also prescribed medicine to hold me over to my next drs appointment. I was very stressed out because of it being late that night and not feeling good and they were able help me. Another plus was that I was out within a few hours and I was finally able to rest.

I was so impressed with everyone from check in to my procedure. It was not an easy visit for me and all the staff showed genuine care and concern for me. Thank you!

Horrible experience with the woman who performed my routine ultrasound in radiology.nnShe was unable to determine gender and other vital information for the baby even though I drank more than the recommended water intake per the guidelines I was given.nnShe continued to very roughly proceed with my ultrasound, putting me in excruciating pain and saying it was my fault for not drinking 32 oz of water before my appointment when I was instructed a water bottle (half that) would suffice. I was death gripping my significant others hand and wincing everytime she stabbed the machine far into my abdomen, while not once asking if I was okay.nnSo I scheduled a 2nd ultrasound (estimated to be $300-400 after insurance). And this woman again was there to take me back at 8pm. My significant other and I had our 7 year old daughter with us (who has been in ultrasounds with us even just a couple months ago DURING COVID) and she told us she wasn't allowed back and the father would have to stay back. This was NOT disclosed when I made my appointment for this evening that my one child, who I do not have assistance with from family/friends right now, would not be allowed back.nnAfter miscarrying one baby, and being told today that there may be something wrong with my child, I was too anxious to go alone without my partner. She said I could come back alone or not come back.nnThis woman she not be employed with you if she represents your values of your patients. Very disappointed and will be looking at alternative options. Please have someone reach out to me regarding these awful experiences.
