MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Point Ruston

Staff was very warm, caring, professional and friendly. The place was very clean which made me feel safe. Everyone was following safety protocols. I was seen right away with almost no waiting time. Very efficient scheduling. Will highly recommend this clinic and I will definitely come back if I have any urgent care issue and cannot see my primary provider. Thank you for your great service.

WOW! They are incredible here. I was seen quickly as a walk-in on a Friday evening and my work up was seamless. Everyone from the phone call made earlier that day to the NP made me feel comfortable, heard and safe. My appointment was efficient and thorough. I have never experienced such a positive visit to an Urgent Care clinic. I will be going there for any needs my future self or family would need. Cannot thank them enough for their hospitality.

Getting an appointment was easy and fast—I went in for urgent care so this was important.nnVery friendly, courteous, and efficient staff—paperwork and check-in were fast. Having bloodwork done on-site with no extra lab trip was a huge plus for me.nnGreat doctor looking into 3 possible diagnoses pending test results. Just moved to Tacoma/Ruston area. Been consistently ill lately and worried i wasn't going to find quality care away from my usual clinic. But the nurses and staff at this urgent care were magnificent and made me feel cared for every step of the way. Ive never had a treatment plan that was so quick and seemingly(so far) very efficient. Definitely would recommend! Definitely would go back!

Indigo Urgent Care is great! I worked with the healthcare industry for many years. From the healthcare side and as a patient Indigo is superb! They are thorough, caring, efficient, skilled, clean, fast, but without the feeling that you are being rushed, and professional. I’m used to being on the serving side so become pretty nervous when I’m the patient. Their calm and reassuring manner was very welcome and helpful.nThank you Indigo Urgent Care... : D
