I have been to this store twice. The first time was to grab a harness and a leash and I ended up leaving with not only that, but a vacuum brush for my husky that I was looking for and havent found! The second time was today to give my babies a bath. I like how the showers are self-service and extremely clean and spacious. And also love the customer service as well as the treats and food. All great quality
For the last 6 months I've been coming to this location. I would have given 5 stars until today. I went in to bathe my pup and the tub was covered in a bleach chemical. When I talked to an employee I was assured no bleach was ever used there. Not even on the premises. And yet, it smelled of bleach and my shirt is now ruined. More so, my dog was exposed to harmful chemicals. Very unhappy.
It's a nice little pet supply store. I was pretty pleased with it. They were also washing a dog which is cool if that's your jazz.
They weren't helpful. They didn't seem happy to help. I won't go back to that pet store again. The next day I received a reply from them about my experience at their store. It kinda made me feel bad about what I said even though it was true, but I will give them another chance since they took the time to reply to me.
Woodlands is a great place to buy dog and cat stuff. It's considered high end and meets those expectations. Great customer service and they donate money to local shelters.
