The survey forgot my sales and she didt offer to do any thing our drinks were empty and just the food is good but that's all
We showed up approximately an hour before closing. We had a group of 12. They split up up between 2 tables and got our order out to us in good time and exactly as ordered. Our server was very pleasant and refilled drinks quickly.
I really loved this place. Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. Prices were decent. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.
Do not go here. We ordered and picked up our food. The total was just over 34 dollars. We paid our server with cash and put the order on our card. When the payment cleared the bank someone there put the tip on the card without permission and the total that cleared the bank was over 44 dollars. Where in the world is that ok. We paid cash for the tip because we have family that are servers and know they don't have to pay taxes if its cash. They just help themselves to your money so dont go there they are theves. Steal your money and you dont know it till its too late. ..... I am going to shout it from the rooftops to anyone who is in ear shot.........
EDIT: I have been contacted by the corporate office and they are looking into this issue. I called the local store and their manager was really apologetic and has refunded the money fraudulently taken from us. I just wonder how many other people have been taken advantage of by this server. They definitely need to check all of her transactions and see if she has stolen money from others. She should not be allowed to work the register if she steals.
Casual atmosphere. Good meal for reasonable price. Good burger. Good wings. Would have tried the farhita but run out of room. Limited selection of draft beer but good nevertheless.
