It's easy to give 5 stars when everything gose great. I think it's more telling of a business when things don't go smoothly and how the business responds. We had a good size order for delivery and there was a mix up in communication between me and the young man taking the order thay caused some stress and anxiety. Jessey, the owner, did a great job with customer service and rectifying the situation. Greatly appreciate is efforts and everything turned out great. Job well done.
I bought 30 Bale's of hay, found only 6 Bale's good, the rest is full of mold.
The young kid who works there needs a lesson in customer service. Very bad attitude, like he doesn't want to be there. Wrong job to be at with that attitude.
Very helpful staff.They like to make you feel welcome instead of being so serious and unfriendly.
Opens on Sunday also always stop there for my animal feeds
