Not good. Ordered special dog food 2 weeks ago and was told we would be called. Didn't happen. Then after 2 weeks was told they cant even order. Also no one offered to carry a 33lb bag for me. Their payment machine was down and water was leaking from the ceiling.
This a cool place however there reward system is horrible, my husband and i have been coming here for 3 years. and we have yet to get a reward you have to buy a 1000 points before you can get a reward shut!! petco is only 100 points SMH
Great selection of quality food with knowledgable friendly staff! My girl is diabetic, blind and deaf. Ever since we switched her food she has become a 14yr old puppy!
