I love this store, but this location can be tricky if you have a car because their parking lot is tiny and almost always full, and there isn't much street parking. You can park across the street at Safeway but that's not ideal if you are toting several large bags of dog food by yourself. But this is a great store that does amazing charity work, and they have adoption events every weekend. I got my rescue dog at the Palo Alto store. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
Top quality pet products and great with sharing best practices to ensure your pets are comfortable. We would not go to any other pet store.
Me and my friend stopped in this place and this man yelled at us for literally no reason, we let that go and continued looking around and then the female clerk tells us that we can’t look in a certain area of the store. They’re very weird in here and the conditions that the animals are in is absolutely horrible. I don’t know how this place is even open
Nice little place good customer service
Some people have came off rude me as well however, I have learned that everyone is going through alil something and I'm learning to have patience with others. I have experienced experienced another side of those who were now. They are very helpful once you get to know them. We need to pray ud83dude4f for each other more.
