While not taking appointments for ct or x-rqys. They often have only 1 tech who does ct and x-rays and handles er, hospital and walk-ins. Wait time will range from 2-3 hours...
Long wait time.. On the bright side, Friendly staff
They have parts of their parking lot blocked for no apparent reason. Very confusing if you’re a patient and not an employee that is in the lot every day.
My rating consists overall patient experience at the outpatient specialty center. Repeating mistakes and poor communication are consistent over a span of about a year. Situations are reported. Sadly nothing has improved or changed. If you go here for care, set your expectations low and you’ll never get disappointed. Two stars because there were a couple of staff on top of things but they left.
