I hope you don’t ever have to ask for help here at this facility I had just picked up a loved one to bring her home and she was sliding out of her Wheelchair, I was struggling to get her upright and this older technician refused to help me and walked off saying,n“ You’re twice as big as me you can do it yourself”nnSome other nice young dialysis technician helped me as we all sat her upright so we can proceed home safely.nnDidn’t get this older technician name with terrible service but she knows who she is that refused to help us and you need to get out of this business because not a good fit for you.
