We purchase all of our koi and supplies from Mystic Koi, there always willing to answer any questions you may have.
Very helpful staff. I was advised to bring in one of my Koi to check for parasites, which they did at no charge. He was free of parasites thankfully and they gave me advice on how to try to heal him, as he had just scratched himself im the pond. They did not try to sell me anything, and only gave me honest answers. They also have a nice shady garden area to relax in and a good selection of Koi.
Amazing customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by Mike's excellent commitment to helping me find the proper plants to withstand the unique parameters of my makeshift pond.
Great service and the highest quality koi at good prices!
This is a definite spot to stop if you have Koi. Different sizes and types. Pond supplies and great help. Check hours though, a little different.
