It has been a long, long time since I've eaten at a Red Lobster restaurant. I must say the food was just as good if not better then I remember it being! What a pleasurable dining experience. This is my sister's favorite restaurant and your staff, atmosphere, and especially the food was most enjoyable. I brought my 71-year-old sister in for her birthday and you treated her so special. Thanks so very much to all.

we had good customer service from the manager and server. Our order arrived quickly and was fresh and hot. We ordered the seafood dip which was excellent. We also had the clam chowder (x2) and fish and chips (x2) which were okay. The clam chowder was plain and the fish had too much breading and were overly greasy. The cost ($60) was low for the amount of food we received but I would have preferred other local seafood restaurants in comparison to Red Lobster.

Nice to see all the precautions taken for Covid. Food was good and Service was also good. Only advice is: Get a propane heater for guest that have to wait outside. Didn't have to wait too long, but it would of been nice. It's not going to get any warmer any time soon.

Please read reviews before proceeding!nnIt was the worst birthday meal ever! I usually go for my birthday meal at Red Lobster, but it shall be my last! My husband and son treated myself and mother to three meals with dessert. The service was great! This is where it ends.nAfter arriving home, hubby didn’t see the burnt Brussel sprouts, nor the frozen food fish. Not to mention the missing dessert! I waited long for what I could have made for myself, but I could have done extremely better. My kids could attest to that! The lobster was over cooked, burnt, and dry! It was so....rubbery!! My husband knew it was messed up, and he returned to correct, but he said other customers said its was due to the pandemic. Now, if it was due to the pandemic, they need to adjust the prices and pictures because it’s far from them both! Why is other restaurant’s food not a reflection of the pandemic too? Someone please explain to me! In the end, we picked up food elsewhere! It was so much better! Well from now on, they don’t ever have to worry about me being a patron in their establishment. I will be letting everyone I know who asked me how was the food for my birthday go! ud83dude1eud83dude1f☹ufe0f

Excellent. The service was absolutely marvelous. And, the food was cooked perfectly.
