Most the workers are pretty friendly but One of the front desk ladies that works night shift was very Rude to me and my friend and lied in the notes and said I had 4 people in the room and alot of traffic which Is Completely the Opposite. Not true. I was alone all night and only had 1 friend stop by to pick me up. They refused to let me stay even though I already paid and now it takes 5 days before i even know if they will return my money. I got accused for something i didnt do and feel discriminated by an unhonest snotty front desk ladies that lied.
Great customer service, all of the staff was super sweet and helpful. Clean room, AC works well. Nice showers. Would stay again.
Extremely friendly and professional staff. Although very disappointed with Priceline for falsely advertising that the swimming pool and hot tub we're available.NOT. been down all year. Not cool. Priceline.thats two this week. I want compensation ASAP
Best in the area better if pool was open other than that staff is nice room was clean and still serving breakfast
The front desk was very helpfully and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family
