Great customer service and always willing to help find the perfect thing for your pets. I have an older rescue cat an they've helped me so much trying to find out just what she likes to eat. Great service has social distancing and sanitation services!
I love this place. Very nice staff that knows your name. I can't wait to bring my dog in to visit them. They always help me load my items, wonderful customer service.
Always a good group of people that treat you out well. High quay foods and good customer service policies. Prices are higher but certainly not over priced for what you get.
It was my First time trying out Mud Bay and now I have shopped there twice in the past two weeks. You can do curb side pick up (one of my orders) and have your order all ready and paid for when you arrive. If you do want to go in they have a sanitizing station and social distancing in place.nThey have an excellent selection of well made products butnI was pleasantly surprised to find not only the perfect dog food but as an added bonus they even have a small area to buy supplies for my chickens.
Love the people here. They are always willing to help
