Puppyland Puyallup

I sent an email inquiring about a puppy and was messaged back by stephanie immediately with helpful info. She kept me posted on when the pup that we were interested in would arrive and made it overall easy for us to come in and meet then purchase our pup. As we were on our drive there, she even sent me a picture update which I thought was very personable and cute! This place is great about social distancing, cleanliness, professionalism and overall it was just a great experience for us! Highly recommend this place and to ask for Stephanie!! =)

We are so happy to have a new member to our family. I understand the worry people have about purchasing a pup from a pet store. However, we had a awesome experience! Sabrina really took her time with us and answered all of our questions and told us more that we did not even think of. There was no pressure to purchase. I am so in love with my little tiny baby! I came back 4 times and each time I was welcomed and allowed all the time I needed to play with and love on her and other pups. Sabrina was wonderful. She understood what a commitment I was about to make and gave me all the time I needed to really think it through.nYes, they are expensive but if you go to a breeder you will pay the same if not more and be on a wait list sometimes up to a year and be expected to put a deposit before or shortly after the litter is born. How can you pick a puppy from a litter if you not allowed to see there personality and compatibility with your family? How can you pick a pup when they are only a few days old? My experience in looking for over a year is dogs are very expensive but the love and kisses make it all worth it!nI saw in a review that a person slammed this place for leaving the puppies alone all night. This is not true! I was told that they have staff there around the clock. I just felt I need to respond to that. They care about these dogs and it shows.nI saw and played with several pups and they all are beautiful and very well socialized. If you want a beautiful dog and a wonderful experience I urge you to go look before you respond negatively. We are so happy and feel privileged to have had this experience and finally a precious new member to our family. Sabrina worked with us to make this happen and I can't thank her enough. Her knowledge of the breeds and what we needed to know to make the right choice for our family was very impressive and welcomed.nWe are just so happy. Our experience inside the store was excellent. The store has safety measures in place to insure social distance and our stay there was awesome. We had some issues totally not there fault but they stayed to ensure we had the dog our daughter wanted as she is special needs and was dead set on getting the pug she picked out. Stephanie and Tyler where great they went beyond and above the service you could give to a customer. I highly recommend Puppyland for those that are looking for an additional family member you will not be disappointed and your home will gain so much more love from your furry friend. Outstanding service. Miss Stephanie and Savanna is very patient and helpful explaining all the process we need to adopt or purchase a new puppy. Place is clean and the rest of the crew are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone one who’s interested in getting one. We had a great experience at the Puyallup Puppyland!nSpent a few hours with a sweet pup who we ended up adopting. The staff was very attentive and friendly and constantly checking up on us to make sure all our needs were being met. The building was very clean and sanitary which I appreciate and where the dogs reside are cleaned regularly. They are doing a great job here!
