We definitely miss dining in (since the pandemic) but it hasn't stopped great food and great service.nMy husband called in our order and was told it would be ready in 10 or 15 minutes. When I went in to pay it was ready to go and they even double checked to make sure I had the extra salsa I asked for (without me asking). It took less than 5 minutes to be on my way back home.. Perfect Monday night dinner!

As a resident of Puyallup since 2004, we were so delighted that they built El Toro just 1mile away from home. Whenever we a have that taste for Mexican food El Toro always comes in our mind. Whenever we come in for dining, customer service is always prompt and friendly. But on our 9/15/2020 visit, it was not a good experience. It was totally not friendly nor prompt. Before deciding to forget about dining in, we requested a manager and shared to her about our unpleasant experience. She was very professional and listened to what we have just experienced that night of visit. She was very apologetic and understanding as I suggested couple of things to continue their tradition of providing customers an experience that reflects El Toro culture’s hospitality, prompt and friendly service. I still believe this place is one of our favorite Mexican restaurant around as I see people leaving with satisfaction. We hope to come back for dine in soon.
