I've been coming to this place long before it was BofA or even Seafirst Bank. Sometimes the lines get long, but they just need more staff working. Those who are there always help and work fast. It's one of the few branches that still gets a lot of walk-in customers.
Should be ZERO stars. I ONLY came here for Debra, the manager helps people in the lobby, for all to hear. shes too busy corraling customers like cattle. you have to make am appt now, just to have them repeat what most can read for themselves thru the app. Apparently, we're too dumb to comprehend what we're reading. worst establishment on the face of the Earth due to doesn't matter if you bank with Bank of America they will put you on the back burner and not care how you need to see a banker they could care less they would rather put you on the side and force you to wait
