Every time I have gone in for banking, it's been a good experience. Auto loan through home equity line of credit application was pretty smooth. Our personal banker even took the time to remember our daughters name.

Prompt service and friendly staff. Was hesitant to go because of negative reviews, but it’s the closest location for me. Maybe negative reviewers got in on a busy day?

Terrible experience. Terrible staff. Just terrible. They open late, the manager's rude, you'd be better off going anywhere but this location. They also asked me for ID other than a valid state ID and my social security card and my finger print. Again, just terrible. I didn't even cash the check.
