I must say the ladies at the front desk, to the nurse that brought me to my room to the doctor that seen me was exceptionally nice and very helpful. I was a little worried with all this craziness that's been going on in the world right now and they were extremely professional but at the same time comforting. For all the craziness all those first responders have been dealing with at Indigo, they all were so happy, happy to help, willing to listen and made sure I understood everything before I left. I am so grateful for everyone there and I hope everyone stays healthy. All I can say is thank you for being you.

I’ve been here a couple of times since I’ve moved to Puyallup; for a few incidences (whether it’s for me or someone in my family; and the staff has always been the most welcoming, considerate and professional group of people than any other place (including restaurants). The process is the process and that will never change to ensure proper procedures are taken for the safety of the patients and importantly, the staff, as essential workers (especially during this time). I am very appreciate to see the grace and positivity in the experience of each staff member here. Huge kudos!

I’ve been here twice now & have had some of the best interactions with all of the workers. The people are so respectful, empathetic, honest, & kindhearted. The doctors are very transparent & do their best to take into account what the patients needs & preferences are. I’ve never had such wonderful experiences at a clinic before - if I could rate higher than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because there were people outside on strike for MultiCare, and the staff who were working were very distracted by that activity. I get it, but you shouldn’t let it interfere with your job. I’m very grateful for those who DID show up to work and the service I received which was great. The doctor took time with me and I never felt like she was rushing even though I’m sure she was very busy, I really appreciate that. I normally won’t cross a strike line, but when you’re sick, you’re sick and you just need some help.
