Well informed staff willing to help. Very friendly. Samples of jerky and pepperoni are freely given. The meat market has an neighborhood vibe. It is worth the drive from Olympia or Tacoma. Best quality meat around. Very highly recommended.
Been going there for 20 years! Some of the best jerky around!
The place is pretty nice and all. But i give it a one star because of the way they treat the employees. My neighbor is a good worker and does his job perfectly and still gets treated wrong. He has been really stressed and for someone to treat him like this is wrong! Overall I would recommend going here but just be careful about applying to work here:)
The best jerky in town.
I called ahead to order a turkey breast. When we went to pick it up, the gal that helped us was a little short like she didn’t have time for us (it was 20 minutes after they opened!) She brought the turkey out in a plastic bag. I asked how much it weighed and if she knew how to cook it. She said yes she cooks them all the time. Then she pulls the turkey out of the bag to look at instructions because it’s been a long time sense she has cooked one and I saw it was an“frozen” Jennie-O!nReally....... I’m at a meat market!!! I could have bought this at the grocery store and for much less!!!nI wonder what store they bought my steaks from????
