We had been told that the second happiest day of your life is the day you sell your boat. We, in fact, were sad to part with our Ranger Tug—we loved the boat dearly. Fortunately, the sales team at Gig Harbor Yachts understood that the sales process included a technical side of the sale, and an emotional part as well. On the emotional side, we were treated with respect and compassion because the team understood how difficult it is to part with what had become part of our family. Exceptional knowledge and customer service! The team at Emerald Yachts went out of their way to assist in our first boat purchase. They carefully took the time to explain the process from start to finish. Any questions were answered quickly. Karl made several trips both in & out of state to help us find our perfect boat. Scott arranged a convenient, cost saving, in-house closing. In addition, he accompanied us to Point Defiance for delivery, then patiently trained and familiarized us with Puget Sound boating. Brian at Gig Harbor Yachts did a fantastic job with helping us find the perfect 36’ Grand Banks Classic. We had been searching for a while when we decided to stop into their office in Gig Harbor.nnBrian asked us many questions about what we were looking for. He really took the time to listen, and not push what he thought was right for us, but what we really wanted. After looking at a few boats that didn’t quite suit us, he located a beautifully restored Grand Banks Classic. Our new boat is the family cruiser we have been looking for.
