Store in Gig Harbor did not have the size needed in stock. Computer showed Tacoma had 2 pair. Called Tacoma, spoke with Amber (the manager) she went and found them. Put them up front with my name on them. Was able to pick them up on my way to work. Great customer service.
Didn't have what I wanted but found a pair that will work.
Didn't have madden heels, they were out.
Over priced shoes, employees lack any awareness, and my experience included being accused of stealing kid shoes. Why, because they noticed shoes missing while I was there. Now no way could this have happened previously. Plus great service accusing people with zero evidence. Idiots.
