Alpine Home medical is my provider for CPAP, and Oxygen. Sometimes being the same provider for home medical diagnostic units. I am always treated well by the staff and feel welcomed in their facility with them knowing who I am as I walk in. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Really a Company who is on the ball right away as they receive an order for anything they offer. They deal with the insurance for you so you can relax and recover or in my case relax and know I am in good hands.

Alpine Home Medical got us a wheelchair the same day we requested it. However, we requested it because the one we borrowed from family didn't have the foot pedals (and was a bit too narrow for comfort)... but neither did the one they brought. I'm sure they'll bring them soon. It was likely just a lack in communication. Just a little disappointing considering it was the primary reason we even asked about a chair.

I REALLY LIKE ALPINE THE PEOPLE AT OUR STORE ARE REALLY HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY POLITE AND VERY NICE AND HELPFUL ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUESTIONS THEY MADE ME FEEL IMPORTANT THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING THEM HERE AT OUR STORE.

I wanted s given positive references to use Alpine Home Health for my oxygen and apnea provider. I am not pleased with the service ( lack of service) they provide. My husband is with a different company for his apnea and receives far better service and options. My oxygen machine has become very noisy and rattles. I have told them twice yet they have done nothing about it. We have to keep it in a separate room quite far away, yet we still hear it and it is annoying. The red frowny face often shows on my machine even when I am sure I have the mask fitted right. My c-pac machine water compartment has been becoming full of condensation and my mask and tubing often gurgles with water in the tube. I have to shake the tube and air it out to eliminate the gurgling sound. Still when I told them, they told me to take it to the main center in the city an hour away. We took it in. They were very cordial and not very friendly. After checking it, they told me it is working fine. It doesn’t . They told me even if it wasn’t fine we’d have to purchase the new machine because Medicare would not cover another for five years.
