I would give 0 stars if that were an Option, after standing there for nearly an hour to cash one of their own checks the manager Troy in the Gig Harbor branch Charge me $7 to cash their OWN US BANK check

The local branch the service was good, but they do not ability to fix problems. I had an issue with my kids account and was told their manager was going to fix it. I went back every week for 3 weeks and then was told my account was closed automatically. Then I had to wait two weeks for my kids money (mailed a check). I ended up going to Key Bank where their employees are empowered to fix problem and their branch manager is right there instead of Tacoma like US Bank.

Safeway US Bank is a wonderful branch. The people who work here are courteous and helpful.

Poor poor Customer service...Came to the bank to Exchange $20 bill manager said that she can't do it because I need to have an account at US Bank. Called US Bank Customer service they are saying I can do it at Any Branch of US BANK.
