Chad and his team have always been immensely helpful to me and provided excellent product and services. I am a journalist who previously wrote for a landscape contractor magazine and have knowledge in this area to give a reliable recommendation of Pro Ponds West as a waterscape company.
I went to Pro Ponds West to get a few part's I needed to finally complete my koi pond. They not only had had the pump, LED lights, liner and rock I needed but they helped me install it as well at a very reasonable price. I'm really happy with how it turned out and I couldn't have done it without them. If are planning on installing a water feature of any type I recommend you visit their showroom in Sun Valley and meet with their knowledgable staff first! They'll save you time and lot's of money.
This store has everything you would possibly need for your pond. They also have everything else for your backyard such as furniture and outdoor BBQs which is a plus!nnI came in looking for a solution for my constant battle of having green cloudy pond water. Chris helped me figure out that I wasn't putting the right treatment or the right dosage of treatment in my pond. He showed me the Aquascape dosing pump and I was sold! It automatically treats my pond and I don't have any problems keeping the water beautiful and clear - plus I can actually SEE MY FISH!nnI would recommend them and give them 5 starts for excellent customer service and knowledge in their field!
