Great experience. I spent days searching for a reasonably priced harlequin shrimp and Victor was the only shop with one available. Unfortunately, the first shrimp didn’t make it through shipping. Victor was able to find another shrimp and got him out to me immediately, absorbing the price of shipping himself.nnExcellent customer service that will certainly lead to repeat business from me.
Was looking for grade A davinci clowns but wanted large and small. Multiple other sources did not have lrg size in stock and this was important to me to aid in them pairing up. Shipping was delayed a few days due to lack of cold packs and the last heat wave but communication was maintained and I was provided great pics of my new guys already swimming together.nFish arrived well packed acclimated fine and eating and exploring in record time. What I found even better was a follow up email ,a week later (today) checking on how they were doing. Great experience
Awesome customer service ask for Victor he will help you out! Tremendous variety and wide selection of fish and coral! The Maintenance at this store is great fish and coral are healthy and prices are fair compared to other places. If you are looking for designer fish this is the only store I know that has a great selection of them. Definitely going to make this my GO TO store!
Awesome fish for a great price! All came fat, healthy, and eating. Got a much larger purple tang than I ordered. Absolutely stunning fish!! Also they didn’t have a larger hippo tang That I ordered and made the difference up by discounting a clown that I had added to my order after the fact via text. Will buy from again!!
Only top quality from aquarium reefers! Aqarium reefers truly cares for all there customers and wants the best for them. I order a California round ray and within the first day he was already swimming around stress free. Definitely recommend.
