We go here every year around Christmas time because we take an annual trip to Mexico and need swimsuits. They are always super helpful with a wide selection of suits in all sizes. The staff is great and knowledgeable.
Well the first time I went there was about a year ago and they had exactly what I was looking for and the younger girl was very polite and helpful. Went there the other day and the older women was very passive aggressive and her tone wasn't welcoming in any way and apparently I'm not the only one who has had this experience with her. Makes you feel like she just wants your money so you can.
They really know what they're doing
We've been to this store twice. The first time there, an elderly woman waited on us. She could have been much more friendly and helpful while we were looking for speedos for a 4 year old and a 64 year old.nThe second time we visited, a younger, more personable person was working. We were looking for swim fins for our 4 year old grandson who is on the small size and where he takes lessons does not offer fins small enough for his feet. The swim shop didn't have what we were looking for, but the sales person looked through several catalogs and gave us the name of a company to order directly from so as not to pay for extra handling, shipping fees if they were to order for us. We received a pair of awesome fins and our grandson is flourishing with his lessons.nI will certainly return to this shop....they have a great selection of suits for our needs. I would have given the store a 5 star rating had it not been for our first visit.....who knows, we all have bad days. Perhaps this was one of hers.
