Excellent customer service I want to thank Galen and Lawrence for their help! Galen was very knowledgeable on different kind of exercises and equipment found me the best deal for what I was looking for. And Lawrence was very kind carried out my package to my car because of my bad shoulder. Definitely recommend supporting a local business like Big 5 over Amazon! We went looking for size 14 mens running shoes. Online said out of stock. By chance we went there. They had several styles in stock. Customer service was top notch. Thank you Liz!!! Very friendly. Wasn't bothered by us changing our mind several times. It wasn't our first time in the store and it won't be the last.
Employees are very polite and helpful.
I stood in the shoe dept. for 10 minutes while 3 of them walked around talking about i don't know what! And so they lost a sale that day and the next day they didn't have any size above a 5. So they lost another sale. I'll find somewhere else to get shoes!!
